RiverKings Acquire Forward Tesdesco from Pensacola

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings and Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser have announced the acquisition of rookie forward Daniel Tedesco from Pensacola.   Tedesco, 23, begins his professional career in the SPHL after four years at St. Cloud State University where he competed in 98 games for the Huskies winning the NCHC Championship in 2015-16. RiverKings Down Bulls for Second Straight Win

SOUTHAVEN, Miss -  The RiverKings rode the momentum of Fridays night's win and knocked off the Birmingham Bulls 3-1 in the Bulls inaugural game in the SPHL.  In a trend that has carried through both games this weekend, Mississippi has yet to trail in a game. RiverKings Knock Off Ice Bears in Season Opener

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - The RiverKings started the 2017-18 campaign off on the right foot by taking down the Knoxville Ice Bears 4-3 on Friday night. RiverKings Make Trio of Moves Ahead of Opening Night

RiverKings Acquire Forward Trever Hertz from Knoxville

The Mississippi RiverKings and Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser announced the acquisition of forward Trever Hertz from Knoxville in exchange for future considerations.   Hertz, 28, embarks on his fourth season in the SPHL and comes off a 38 point campaign in 16-17 (14G, 24A). A native of Jaffray, British Columbia, Hertz played four years of college hockey at NCAA Division III Utica College, earning the role of captain in his senior season. ...
