RiverKings Waive Croteau

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. -- Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser announced Monday that the team has waived forward Olivier Croteau.

Croteau, 21, appeared in the RiverKings home opener on Saturday night and recorded one shot on goal. The Thetford Mines, Quebec native completed his junior career last season with a 67-point campaign with La Tuque (QJAHL).

The RiverKings hit the road on Friday for their first trip to Peoria to take on the Rivermen. The puck drops at 7:15 p.m. and all the action can be seen at Old Style BBQ, the official Away Game Watch Party Headquarters for the 2013-14 season.

The RiverKings return home on Saturday, November 9 for their second weekend series against the Rivermen. Be sure to bring a canned food item on Saturday to benefit the Colonial Hills Food Pantry and receive $2 off your regularly priced adult ticket.
