RiverKings get Campbell back, sign Bradshaw

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser announced today that defenseman Reid Campbell has been returned from ECHL Greenville and that the team has signed forward Cullen Bradshaw to a contract. Terms and conditions were not released.

Campbell, 26, is a second-year professional and returns to the RiverKings after appearing in 14 games with ECHL Greenville. In 18 games with the RiverKings prior to his call-up this season, the 5-foot-10, 185-pound native of Haines Junction, Yukon had two goals and three assists and was +2. He will wear 3 and Ryan Stouffer will now wear 22.

Bradshaw, 25, joins the RiverKings spending a bulk of the season with ECHL Alaska. In 15 games with the Aces, the 5-foot-11, 165-pound native of Medicine Hat, Alberta had one assist and was +1. Bradshaw was a teammate of RiverKings' defensemen Reid Campbell and Sam Higgins at St. Norbert College where he led the team in scoring his junior season with 42 points (15G, 27A) in 32 games. He will wear 15.

Campbell and Bradshaw will be in the lineup tonight as the RiverKings take on the Knoxville Ice Bears in Knoxville at 6:05 p.m.

To make room for Campbell and Bradshaw, the RiverKings waived forward Troy Polino and defenseman Cole Hutchinson.
