SOUTHAVEN, Miss. -- Ten different players found the scoresheet for the Mississippi RiverKings (22-14-3) as Daniel Sobotka tallied the game-winner in his first game back as the RiverKings knocked off the third-place Huntsville Havoc (23-14-3) 4-3 in a shootout.

The RiverKings found themselves trailing by one early in the first. Josh Harris hammered a loose puck past Matt Krahn 5:09 into the first period to put the Havoc up 1-0. But the RiverKings came back as Matt Whitehead redirected an Andrew Randazzo shot past Jesse Kallechy to tie the game at one going into the first intermission.

The Havoc jumped out to a two-goal lead in the second. Nick Lazorko scooped up a rebound and buried the puck past a scrambling Krahn to give the Havoc a 2-1 lead 4:27 into the second. Josh Harris added his second goal of the game on a bad-angle shot that slid through the legs of the RiverKings' netminder to put Huntsville ahead 3-1. But the RiverKings capitalized on a late power play opportunity. Sean Jones backhanded a rebound past Kallechy to cut the deficit to one with eight second remaining in the second.

The third period saw open action that the RiverKings capitalized on early. Patrick Schafer bounced a shot past Kallechy's glove on an odd-man rush to tie the game at three.

After regulation ended in a tie and overtime did not decide a winner, the game headed to a shootout. Nick Lazorko scored on the first shootout attempt to put Huntsville in the lead. With the RiverKings down to their last shooter, Devin Mantha ripped a shot past Kallechy to force sudden death overtime. After Krahn stopped Stuart Stefan's attempt, Daniel Sobotka rifled a shot past Kallechy to give the RiverKings their third win in four nights.

Matt Krahn (11-5-3) stopped 44 of 47 in the victory. Jesse Kallechy (14-7-2) stopped 32 of 35 shots against in the loss.

The RiverKings travel to Bloomington on Friday night to take on the Thunder at 7:05 p.m. Be sure to catch all the action at Old Style BBQ the Official Away Game Watch Party Headquarters of the RiverKings.
