Moran nets a pair to lead RiverKings past Ice Flyers

PENSACOLA, Fla.  -- Mike Moran had a pair of goals and the Mississippi RiverKings (28-19-2) struck twice on the power play as they took a 4-3 victory from the Pensacola Ice Flyers (21-19-8) on Saturday night in Pensacola. SOUTHAVEN, Miss – The Mississippi RiverKings (27-19-2) clinch a playoff berth by beating the Pensacola Ice Flyers (21-18-8) 4-3 in a shootout behind Robert Lindores’ hat trick performance.  In the first period of action, both teams displayed tough defense to keep the game scoreless. Mantha reflects on big night, looks ahead to stretch run

SOUTHAVEN, Miss -  The Mississippi RiverKings’ team captain Devin Mantha tied the RiverKings record for the most goals (5) and points (7) scored in one game in last Saturday’s 9-2 victory against the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs. Fox activated from Injured Reserve

SOUTHAVEN, Miss.  -- Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser has activated forward Dillan Fox from the 21-day injured reserve.
