Sicard scores twice in Mayhem win over RiverKings

MACON, Ga. – The Mississippi RiverKings (22-16-2) were defeated by the Macon Mayhem (24-7-5) 4 to 2 at the Macon Centreplex. The RiverKings fell to fourth place in the SPHL after Friday night’s loss. Matt Summers opened the scoring at 8:16 of the first period on a breakaway, beating Brad Barone glove side. Ryan Marcuz tied the game off of a turnover in the slot just 33 seconds later. RiverKings visit the West Cancer Center

Moran loaned to ECHL Wichita

SOUTHAVEN, Miss -  Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations announced today that the team's leading goal scorer, Mike Moran, has been loaned to ECHL Wichita. Moran, 25, recently returned to the RiverKings from ECHL Atlanta on January 20. RiverKings announce Mantha's return, Bradshaw to ECHL

SOUTHAVEN, Miss -  Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser announced today that forward Devin Mantha has returned to the RiverKings. Additionally, forward Cullen Bradshaw has been loaned to ECHL Adirondack. Mantha, 27, returns to the team after playing 25 games for the ECHL Fort Wayne Komets.
