The RiverKings are proud to host three regular in-game activities that
contribute funds to local nonprofit organizations and charities!
Jersey Auctions – All proceeds from in-game jersey auctions are split between the featured M.V.P. Nonprofit and the RiverKings’ patron youth hockey organization, the Jr. StreetKings youth hockey league.
Puck Toss– Win cash, support your favorite cause: 25 percent of the night’s earnings are donated to the organization manning the table, while the other ¾ goes to help the Jr. StreetKings.
Post-Game Skating – After the RiverKings game, lace up your own skates and hit the ice, by taking part in a post-game skate session! In doing so, you'll help support a local cause, with twenty-five percent of the night’s post-game skate earnings donated to the organization manning the table. The 2011-2012 season post-game skate beneficiary is the North Mississippi Monarchs Ice Hockey program.
The cost to participate in a RiverKings post-game skate is $5 if you are using your own skates, and $7 if you need to rent skates.
PLEASE BE AWARE, only a limited number of skates are available for rental and are available only on a first-come, first-served basis. The skate sign-up table is located on the concourse near section 121 and is open the hour before game-time and during the 1st and 2nd intermissions.
TWO PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS must sign a release waiver for each participant under 18 who wishes to skate. If the participant will not be attending the game with his or her legal guardians, the waiver may be filled out in advance. Click here for the waiver.
